Enrollment at FASN
Three steps of registration: FASN, CNED and American school.
1) FASN registration
You must registrer your child online to FASN from April 1st.
Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open. Please click the “Registration Link” button below to get started.
Late registrations or mid-year enrollments are possible.
Registration is considered complete once all required documents have been completed, submitted to the school administration, and the applicable fees have been paid. The required documents include the School rules, the Code of conduct, the Acceptance of terms, the Tuition policy, as well as the following:
Elementary School
- Provide the report cards from the past three academic years.
- Submit the third-term report card for 2026 upon receipt.
Middle school
- Provide a PDF copy of the student’s passport.
- Provide the report cards from the past three academic years.
- Submit the third-term report card for 2026 upon receipt.
High school
- Provide a PDF copy of the student’s passport.
- Provide report cards starting from Grade 8 (classe de quatrième).
- Submit the third-term report card for 2026 upon receipt.
- For any enrollment in Grade 10 (Seconde), submit the certificate of successful completion of the Diplôme National du Brevet (DNB).
- For any enrollment in Grade 12 (Terminale), submit the results of the “épreuves anticipées de français” as soon as they are published.

For all: ensure that children are up to date on their vaccinations.
Enrollment Forms and Required Documents
Please review and complete the following forms to enroll your child at our school. All documents must be submitted before the enrollment process can be finalized. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our office.
2) CNED registration
FASN’s director is in charge of the registration in late June or July, you have nothing to do.
3) American school registration
After your move to Norfolk or Virginia Beach, you must register your child to the american school. This needs to be done in person and with the student, and can’t be anticipated from France.

Middle school and high school enrollment : you will select subjects in the American curriculum with the help of the guidance counselor.
High school’s specific case : you will be asked to submit the certified translated French report cards.
