Board of Directors
The French-American School of Norfolk (EFAN) is a non-profit association governed by a Board of Directors.
It oversees financial management, recruits the director and ensures strategic coherence.
The Board is made up of 6 voting members:
- President
- Vice-President
- Treasurer ;
- Secretary
- the representative of the French national support element (ESN);
- the representative of the Mission laïque française (MLF)
and 5 non-voting members for consultation purposes.
It meets monthly to discuss and vote on current issues. These may relate to the budget, expenditure, recruitment or the application and updating of regulations.
